This tree house has more activities built in than a theme park, Climbing wall, fireman pole, cargo net, tire swing, rope swings, baby swing, rope ladder, a 100ft zip line, a bucket pulley system, a bridge, a loft and a look out tower.

I pulled out all the stops on this one, the video is a little long but worth the view. The project took 3 months. we used a lot of recycled materials like the siding on the tree house is made form a old dilapidated cedar fence we removed form the property, we cut and shaped over 3000 shingles, all the beams and trim work is from salvaged cedar that we milled at our shop. see www.greenwoodmillin...

Dude, it looks great and all but I would have built it 10-12 feet higher in the tree, you already have it up on stilts, the size of the tree limbs wont matter and you will have more room inside the house. Mine is a deck not a house but its 23 feet up in the tree with only one post.
There is a tree house somewhere in the binghamton n.y. area that I saw pictures of ...the carpenter's last name was mirabito. And that's all I know. It should be here...its fantastic!

I hate criticizing someone else's work... but seriously, there's a reason we use 2x4 minimum for framing... everything stapled together, 4 blocks in the corners for "foundation" ... I'm really surprised the whole lot didn't collapse when you were on top of it..... I bet the door won't open after a season ( tinyurl.com/shadwork )... this is how kids mak

I don’t see enough in the video to know how it was built, so I don’t see how it could be judged. Given the weight, if it didn’t come out of square in the time it took to build, then it must be far more stable than you think.
